About the role Join our E-Commerce team to drive the financial performance of the Dune website by identifying actionable opportunities for improvement through analysis of website KPIs, customer behavior, and engagement. The Ecommerce Analyst will generate insights to provide a comprehensive view of sales drivers, analyzing product, stock, marketing channels, promotions, customer metrics, and website engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Reporting and Insight
  • Monitor and present insights on website KPIs to optimize sales opportunities and onsite conversion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure analytical tools are correctly configured for accurate metrics and insights.
  • Deliver innovative insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Analyze the customer journey and shopping behavior to identify website performance improvement opportunities.
  • Review industry trends and assess their relevance and potential ROI.
  • Advanced Analytics & Customer Centricity
    • Analyze user journeys, website features, and content.
    • Drive customer segmentation and profiling for targeted, relevant communications.
    • Work with stakeholders to enhance conversion and customer experience.
    • Promote the 'voice of the customer' across all business units.
  • Operations
    • Analyze online sales channels and processes to generate actionable insights for KPI improvement.
    • Support online business optimization initiatives.
    • Assess ROI and benefits of proposed changes.
    • Identify anomalies, investigate causes, and recommend actions.
    • Collaborate with Ecommerce & Marketing teams, supporting campaign-level activities.
  • Expertise
    • Maintain knowledge of analytical activities and industry developments.
    • Contribute to departmental goals.
    • Continuously seek improvement opportunities and suggest enhancements.
    Experience / Skills Required:
    • At least two years of experience in web data analysis with a proven track record.
    • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and engaging presentations.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
    • Strong presentation skills, capable of explaining complex issues engagingly.
    • Commercially minded and highly driven.
    • Experience with digital/web tools (e.g., Content Square, Monatate).
    • Experience with marketing research tools.
    • Proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
    • Experience with enterprise analytical tools (e.g., Coremetrics, Omniture, Google Analytics).
    • Advanced Excel skills.
    • Ability to work with large and unstructured data sets.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing.
    • Highly organized, proactive, and strategic thinker.
