We are partnering with a well-respected regional main contractor in Wolverhampton to recruit an enthusiastic Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of vital healthcare projects across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable and growing business with a strong pipeline of work, specifically focusing on projects within hospital environments.
Working closely with the Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day management of construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. This will involve:
- Assisting with the planning and programming of works.
- Supervising subcontractors and direct labour.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitoring progress and reporting to the Site Manager.
- Maintaining quality control procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a site-based role within the construction industry.

- Experience working on healthcare projects would be advantageous but isn’t essential.
In return, our client offers a competitive salary in the region of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive package.
