I am a VISUAL MERCHANDISING MANAGER with proven experience and successes in the same or similar field. I strategically lead visual merchandising initiatives to achieve retail excellence in-store, creating customer-centric experiences that enhance the brand image of LUXE. I strive for exceptional performance and always deliver excellent results.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Manage the implementation of in-store activations.
  • Ensure that the brand's image standards/guidelines are met and that O+O customer experiences seamlessly link to each other.
  • Modify POS navigation to align with brand strategy.
  • Coordinate logistics for new store openings and refurbishments, including ordering POS, testers, and visuals.
  • Ensure the lightbox database and VM counter master plan are always up to date.
  • Strategically manage the VM calendar, including lightbox and visual calendar.
  • Communicate POS OCDs (On Counter Dates) and provide updates for each launch.
  • Challenge the status quo to deliver the best experience for UK customers.
  • Effectively manage projects and budgets, maintaining a cost-conscious mindset.
  • Ensure correct installation of animations and timely updates for all stores.
  • Control and manage VM costs for both brands, preventing overspending in accordance with Group guidelines.
