An Account Manager is responsible for managing strategic demand-side relationships with agency holdcos in the UK & Nordics. This position will represent Magnite inventory across all formats/devices and drive revenue through programmatic direct deals by selling premium programmatic deals (Curated Marketplaces and Auction Packages).
In this role you will:
- Build, manage, and understand relationships with buyers across the programmatic ecosystem, including agencies, publishers, and other third-party organisations in the UK & Nordics.
- Work internally with the Magnite publisher partners, media planning, client services, and product account teams to grow RTB Revenue, launching & troubleshooting campaigns.
- Build Magnite's business by creating campaign briefs, providing relevant insights, and solutions to meet the agency’s/client's needs.
- Evangelise buying techniques utilised through Magnite's programmatic infrastructure for buyers.
- Creatively market new publisher inventory to buyer networks to drive publisher revenue.
- Evaluate the rapidly evolving ad tech ecosystem for new ideas/opportunities to guide the company's business strategy and growth.
- Educate and train our client base on Magnite product solutions & inventory launches.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, respond promptly to customer needs, and solicit customer feedback to improve service.
We’re looking for someone with:
- A Bachelor's Degree or two to four years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills in Excel, Powerpoint/Google Slides & Gmail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Experience in sales account management.
- The ability to problem-solve.
- Ambition, high energy, and the will to succeed.
- A strong understanding and passion for industry trends, technologies, and pricing models.
- A strong knowledge of online advertising dynamics and campaign planning & buying, specifically as relates to Real Time Bidding.
