Overview

Highly-rated International law firm seeks an experienced Defendant Catastrophic Injury Solicitor (Solicitor/CILEX) for its London-based Defendant complex team. Salary between £75k‑£100k.

Responsibilities

Handle a mixed, complex caseload of serious and catastrophic injury matters, predominantly brain and spinal cord injuries, altered consciousness, polytrauma, brachial plexus injury, severe psychiatric injury, chronic pain and loss of senses. Provide coverage and policy work alongside litigation.

Qualifications

Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3‑8 PQE (Ideally) and experience of high‑value, highly‑complex serious injury cases.

Exposure

Gain exposure to the most complex cases in the UK and Internationally. Typical value of cases £500k to multi‑million pound value.
