Civil Litigation Solicitor A law firm in Canterbury, Kent has an opportunity for a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join their Dispute Resolution team. A regional private practice providing clients legal advice across Kent and the South East. The firm are Partner led and encourage staff to progress with the firm providing excellent support and guidance. The Civil Litigation Solicitor will join a busy Litigation team dealing with all aspects of litigation as such; landlord and tenant (residential and commercial) disputes building and construction disputes, professional negligence, contract disputes, insolvency, debt recovery and contentious probate. The Candidate The successful Litigation Lawyer will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive. This role will suit a lawyer looking to move out of the city and gain a good work life balance.
