We have an exciting opportunity for a technically savvy individual to join our newly built Inside Sales Centre of Excellence in the heart of London. This role requires knowledge of French and attendance at our London office five days a week. Working alongside Inside Sales Account Managers, you will play a key role in developing technology strategies and solutions for the accounts assigned to the Inside Sales team. Your main responsibility will be to provide technical expertise on a wide range of products and support the integration within the customer\’s technical environment. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners. Assist in preparing sales proposals and quotes. Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions. Develop and deliver technical onboarding for new Inside Sales team members. Provide technical updates to the team. Maintain communication with Sales Engineers across EMEA. Qualifications: Bachelor\’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Proficiency in French and English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in a sales environment is a plus. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to travel to the office five days a week.
