YourConstruction is proud to be working in partnership with a growing and dynamic Facilities Management company based in Manchester. We are seeking an organised and proactive Helpdesk Scheduler to join their thriving team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate engineers for planned and reactive maintenance jobs
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails from clients
- Log and update service requests accurately in the system
- Monitor job progress and ensure completion within agreed SLAs
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery
- Assist with general administrative tasks as required
