The Work Room is seeking a Digital and Communications Lead. We are looking for a creative, organised, and responsive person to join our team. This is one of two new part-time roles we are currently recruiting – the other being the Artists Programme Producer. These roles will help us support our expanding artists community and future plans.

This role will lead on digital engagement and communications to support our mission of fostering a sustainable environment for independent dance artists, enabling them to create high-quality, thoughtful, and pioneering dance for diverse contexts both at home and internationally.

The successful candidate will have a creative approach to shaping digital communications and managing supporting systems. You will bring a passion for utilising existing platforms and implementing new strategies. Your influence will enhance the visual impact of our communications and social channels.

The role is based on 3 days (21 hours) per week, with potential flexibility to accommodate concentrated periods for other work or projects outside The Work Room.
