The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 Β£ per year.

Developing creative and engaging artwork and assets for our customer segments. You will be responsible for producing a variety of artwork, including reports, presentations, event material, brochures, illustrations, interactive projects, social media assets, web assets, and animations.

Design custodian: learning from insight and previous performance to deliver best in class creative assets. Together with the Creative Services Manager, work collaboratively with stakeholders and the wider marketing team to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet them. Communicate, present and sell in ideas clearly and effectively. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard. Be approachable and respond to day-to-day queries, contribute to the smooth running of the team, and support team members when they need it. Actively participate in creative services and wider team meetings. You will be required to work using Cigna guidelines and have relevant experience to solve creative problems within an established brand infrastructure. Although part of a team, you will need to be comfortable working on individual projects as well as in a team on projects.

About you:

  • 5+ years in a creative or design led role.
  • A portfolio or examples of work.
  • An evident passion for design and everything creatively related.
  • Knowledge of both print and digital design.
  • Naturally calm under pressure and able to manage your time with the ability to prioritise workload and handle several tasks at once within given deadlines and suggesting possible solutions.
  • Highly driven and self-motivated.
  • A team player and happy in an environment where everyone cares about the quality of our work.
  • Meticulous attention to design principles.
  • You will be skilled in the complete Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Ability to anticipate trends and keep your finger on the pulse of visual design trends and innovations.
  • Ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
  • Ability to work from branding guidelines and promote/protect Cigna’s brand identity in all channels.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Desirable: Highly skilled working experience of PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
