As a Campaign Marketing Specialist, with a focus on campaigns and lead generations, you will be responsible for leading and executing marketing campaigns to drive engagement, conversion, and retention. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies, create compelling content, and optimise campaigns for maximum impact. This role requires a deep understanding of email marketing best practices, analytical skills, and creativity to deliver successful campaigns.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, deployment, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, target audience, and campaign goals, translating them into effective email marketing strategies.
- Create engaging and personalised email content, including copywriting, designing, and implementing dynamic content and personalisation strategies.
- Utilise email marketing automation tools to set up and manage drip campaigns, triggered emails, and targeted workflows to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue attribution, to optimise campaigns for better results.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, including GDPR to ensure deliverability and inbox placement.
- Collaborate with the design and content team to develop email templates, graphics, and creative assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Work closely with the marketing agency to maintain email lists, segmentations, and data integrations to support campaign targeting and personalisation efforts.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting campaign performance, key learnings, and recommendations for future optimisations.
Campaign Calendar Management
- Maintain a marketing campaign calendar to ensure timely execution and alignment with product launches, events, and seasonal trends.
Customer Journey Mapping
- Develop and refine customer journey maps to identify key touchpoints and opportunities for campaign engagement.
A/B and Multivariate Testing
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests not only for emails but also for landing pages and CTAs to improve conversion rates.
Budget Management
- Assist in managing the campaign budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking ROI.
About You
- CIM or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience (3 years) in marketing campaign management, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in email marketing automation platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Marketo.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyse trends, and derive actionable insights to optimise campaign performance.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity in crafting compelling email content.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer segmentation techniques.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
