As a Junior Office Administrator, you will be the heartbeat of our office, responsible for handling a variety of tasks that keep our operations smooth and efficient. Your duties will include:

  • Answering the office phone
  • Managing incoming post
  • Providing essential support to our administrative team on ad hoc tasks
  • Preparing sales figures
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Compiling information for our customers
  • Assisting in raising jobs as required
  • Compiling quotations for our Operations and Sales teams
  • Ensuring our administrators have the support they need
  • Managing general office duties to create a productive work environment

Hours of Work: Full-time, permanent position.

Requirements:

  • GCSE/College or equivalent qualifications
  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A willingness to learn and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise tasks

Salary: £23,000 per annum.
