Location: Can be based in Staines UK, Barcelona, Nanterre, Prague, Milan

Hybrid working – 3 days in office and 2 days from home

WHAT YOU’LL DO:Responsibilities

Champion the Candidate& Hiring LeaderRecruitmentExperience.You will execute recruiting initiativesandmanage the active candidate pool while ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience and internal stakeholder satisfaction.In addition, you will managetheinternal applicantandemployee referral processesto ensure a consistent and positive experience for all parties.

Build Relationships throughout the Business.You will act as a consultantand trusted advisorto the business– developing strong partnerships with executive leadersandadvisingthem on the technical market, trends/competitive talent intelligence through developed expertiseandknowledge. Youwillbuildand maintain strong partnershipswithHuman Resources, Global Employer Brand & Marketing, and other groups within ADP.

DeliverResults.You will deliver results as measured by metrics, including cost per hire, data integrity, time to fill, candidate quality and diversity, process adherence, and candidate/stakeholder satisfaction.You will focus on developing a deeper and more diverse talent bench at the executive level.

Leverage Tools and Resourcesto Set You Up for Success.You will leverage the appropriate technology,tools,and resources needed to execute search strategies, especially as you work tofind and attract passive talent.You will establish and manage relationships with key executive search partners as needed with the ability to drive process.You will execute on the employer branding strategies,including supporting the@ADPCareers social media and digital platforms.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:Required Qualifications

Experienced.Professional recruiting experience with 3+ years of proven results in filling technical level positions with candidates in technical/SAP roles.You have a strong track record of hiring exceptional technical talent in high-growth environments, spanning roles like SAP consultants, software engineers, DevOps specialists, and product managers. Youhave expert knowledge of candidate assessment and screening.You have experience with technology tools and digital platforms,including Applicant Tracking Systems(ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM), social media (todrive marketing campaigns), and videointerviews.You will facilitate the use of Behavioural Based Interview Methodology throughouttheprocess.Youare knowledgeable aboutlocal employment lawand haveused diversitytoolseffectively.

Relationship Builder. Whetherworkingwith candidatesor thehiringleadersyou support, you showcase strong client relationship skills, including proficiency in prioritizing critical issues, delivering feedback, and managing workflow.You possess strong consulting, relationship management, and negotiation skills.You have a demonstrated ability in influencing peers, business partners,andexecutive leaders in a matrix environment.

Organized Communicator. You’re organized and can multi-task, set priorities, follow up quickly,manage multiple deadlines, oversee projects, influence without authority, and drive for desired results.You are confident in communicating, interacting, and building credibility at the senior-most levels andare able toflex your communication delivery and style depending on the audience.
