The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 £ per year.
We are recruiting for one of the leading Gas, Plumbing, Heating & Renewables companies in the South East of England, looking to add an experienced Multi-Trader/Handyman to their team!
Salary: GBP35,000 - GBP45,000 with earning potential of a minimum of GBP40,000 per year. This includes a van, van stock, drills, equipment and 25 days holiday + Bank holidays! (Your own hand tools and driving licence required!)
Primary responsibilities:
- To carry out all aspects of General Building work including but not limited to the following:
- Working at heights using scaffold & ladders
- Completing roof work for vertical flues & weather proofing tiles
- Installing & fabricating wooden boxing (Beneath boilers & around flues)
- Plastering small areas on walls & ceilings
- Making good brickwork & matching with mortar
- Installation of ceramic tiles to boxing etc
