We currently have an exciting new opportunity to join Operations Team at DLG Legal Services as a Commercial Delivery and Partnerships Manager. This is a permanent and full-time position, that can be based from any of our DLGLS sites i.e. Bromley, Bristol or Leeds (hybrid working).

The role

Reporting to Head of DLG Legal Services, you will drive the successful delivery of commercial initiatives whilst managing strategic partnerships that support the growth and operational efficiency of DLGLS. The role will involve contract management, MI management and performance reporting, supplier relationship management and partner collaboration to maximise value and ensure compliance, quality, and innovation in legal service delivery. The role is key to maintaining strong relationships with insurer and supplier partners, driving business performance and ensuring partner satisfaction. This role involves strategic relationship building, contract delivery oversight and commercial management within the DLGLS environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partnership Management: Act as the primary point of contact for insurer and supplier partners whilst leading on regular business review meetings, performance updates, business planning and audit cycles. Maintain strong relationships with partners, where appropriate working with and alongside the DLG procurement and commercial management team, to support collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement through the identification of opportunities for service enhancement and partnership growth.
  • Service Delivery: Work closely with operational leaders and legal teams to ensure delivery of legal services in line with contractual obligations. Monitor KPIs and SLAs, proactively addressing and managing any performance issues.
  • Commercial Oversight: Lead on commercial negotiations, renewals and contract variations. Track profitability and performance trends through operational performance analysis. Engage with Finance Teams to provide commercial forecasts and contribute to budget cycles.
  • Contract Compliance & Risk: Oversee contractual compliance and mitigate risks across partnerships. Liaise with compliance and legal teams as necessary. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, data protection regulations and industry standards. Maintain appropriate records and documentation in line with internal governance frameworks.
  • Business and Strategy Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing relationships. Support the onboarding of new business and assist in bid development. Contribute to the commercial strategy and identify opportunities to enhance service offerings. Conduct market analysis and feedback to inform business decisions.

What You’ll Need

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract and partnership management, ideally within a legal services or insurance environment.
  • Strong understanding of insurance markets and legal services delivery models.
  • Proven track record of managing projects or service delivery in a professional services environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven collaborative and proactive relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyse data, track performance and generate actionable insights.
  • An understanding of the SRA and FCA regulatory frameworks.
