Key Responsibilities
- Manage the check-out process, arrange repairs, and prepare properties for new tenancies.
- Handle rent arrears, set up payment plans, manage compliance documentation, and ensure Right to Rent documents are current.
- Serve legal notices, renew tenancies, and apply rent increases.
- Handle deposits, deductions, and disputes.
- Liaise with contractors for maintenance, handle invoices and payments.
Working Hours and Location
- Office Location: Basingstoke, with a mandatory requirement for regular office attendance.
- Hours: 9 am - 6 pm, Monday to Friday, plus one Saturday every 4 weeks (10 am - 3 pm). Early finish at 5 pm if you work that Saturday.
- Hybrid working is available with work-from-home days at the manager’s discretion.
- Holidays: 27 days (exc. bank holidays), plus an additional day every 2 years of service (capped at 5 extra days).
