The team are currently recruiting for a Professional Support Lawyer to join their HR Rely team.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Proven experience as an Employment lawyer with a strong background in Employment Law.
* Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
* Ability to write about, present and train others in relation to legal developments, including case law, legislation and procedural changes
* A high level of interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with a range of people to deliver results.
About You
* Experienced Employment lawyer requiring minimal supervision
* Passionate about keeping abreast of legal developments
* Enjoy presenting/training both to colleagues and clients
* Looking for opportunities to sell additional services (such as training) to existing clients
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Updating the HR Rely Website with the latest employment law developments to ensure clients have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
* Developing client-facing tools and training programs to improve the quality of service provided to clients.
* Staying informed about employment law trends and maximising current awareness updates to proactively address potential legal issues.
* Delivering training and some limited legal work to achieve a modest financial target.
