The company
From exhibitions, to experiential brand activations, retail fit outs and more this company is going from strength to strength and are now hiring for an experienced client facing junior to mid level Project Manager for their team. Their loyal clients have been with them for years and they are consistently winning new business ensuring a full pipeline and a consistent roster of work across the year. With a workshop and fabrication facility in-house they produce a range of creative bespoke builds for some amazing brands and agencies!
The role
The Project Manager will advise on costings and materials as well as supporting the sales team to secure the contract, fully picking up the project when signed off. This is an end to end project management role working across design, build, suppliers, installation and de-rig. Ensuring Health & Safety and RAMS are compliant and dealing with clients / agencies as they key project point is key.
About you
We are open to Project Assistant / Coordinators stepping up or mid-weight Project Managers from either agency or production / scenic build companies. What is crucial is a very client facing demeanour with the ability to build relationships and manage a project end to end. You will ideally understand the design and build process, although this will be taught if not; as well as be extremely organised. Exposure to similar events, exhibitions, retail or experiential activations is ideal.
