This stunning luxury womenswear label is celebrated as the epitome of modern femininity. Known for its impeccable British craftsmanship, the brand offers both Ready-to-Wear and bespoke couture collections. This incredible opportunity is based at the brand’s head office in the heart of West London.
• Lead product development with a focus on quality, balancing design aspirations, customer expectations, and manufacturer capabilities.
• Assess product quality and costs, recommending enhancements that align with customer needs and design goals.
• Manage the critical path, addressing and resolving development challenges to ensure deadlines are met.
• Communicate updates and changes seamlessly within the team.
• Keep Tech Packs up to date, tracking changes across BOM, CAD, lay plans, and measurements during SMS and production fittings.
• Oversee wear and dry-cleaning tests during sampling phases.
• Maintain consistency in fit and quality across collections, managing standards within the supplier manual.
• Translate fit, quality, and construction standards into clear feedback for manufacturers.
• Partner with the Head of Atelier and Production Director to address fabric and garment quality issues.
• Prepare and inspect samples for fit meetings, ensuring excellence in quality and presentation.
• Visit factories to ensure products align with the brand\’s high-quality and performance standards.
