The ROLE of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Developing client relationships through business development and networking
• Maintaining strong client relationships via regular contact
• Sourcing top candidates through headhunting, advertising, networking, and database searches
• Interviewing candidates and presenting them for client roles
• Managing the entire interview process, providing feedback, and advising on market conditions
• Negotiating candidate packages
• Following up on business leads from your network

The REQUIREMENTS for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Ideally a 2024/2025 graduate with a 2:1 or higher in any discipline
• Experience in customer or client-facing roles
• Involvement beyond academics, such as sports, societies, or leadership roles
• Financial motivation and desire to earn beyond a basic salary
• Strong problem-solving skills and positive attitude
