We are now recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our team at Great Bear Harworth on a full-time and permanent position.
Shift: 4 on 4 off, 06:00-18:00.
Salary: £12.21 / £12.69 upon completion of MHE Training.
- Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse.
- Load customer pallets onto trailers using MHE.
- Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.
- Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
- Maintain high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse.
- Communicate effectively with Team Leaders and Managers.
- Monitor and uphold housekeeping standards.
- Ensure Health and Safety compliance by following risk assessment guidelines and reporting issues to the Team Leader and Manager.
- Report damages in accordance with warehouse procedures.
- Operate MHE equipment safely and in compliance with procedures.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to operate all required MHE to meet operational needs.
- Good verbal and numerical reasoning skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Adaptability to training and new procedures.
- Conscientiousness and reliability.
- A positive work attitude.
- Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential.
- FLT Licence is desirable.
