We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Belfast. As a CAREGiver, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help them live independently in their own home. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and be comfortable spending time in the company of others.

Qualifications

  • A friendly and approachable manner with a desire to help others.
  • Committed and reliable; our clients will depend on you.
  • Full valid driving licence and access to your own car is required.
  • Previous care experience is not required; training and ongoing support will be provided.

The Role/Benefits:

  • Pay rates from £13.00 per hour (Monday to Friday) and £13.50 per hour (Saturday and Sunday). £26.00 per hour on 10 Bank Holidays.
  • Spend 1 hour or longer with every client, see the same clients at the same times every week!
  • Minimum 15 minutes travel time between homes.
  • Progression opportunities into senior positions such as Senior Care Staff, Supervisor, Management & other business areas.
  • Update our app on each visit so family members can see how their loved ones are getting on throughout the day.
