Our client is a VC-backed international operations company with a unique culture - a blend of being highly professional and profit-focussed yet with the additional reward of making a valuable humanitarian contribution to society on the world stage. They now seek to appoint a capable and diligent Administrator to take responsibility for all administration duties within the operations department, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and within specific timeframes.

Key tasks include:

  • Responsible for admin tasks within the Operations department
  • Liaise with suppliers and raise Purchase Orders
  • Ensure site operatives return all their paperwork in a timely manner
  • File paperwork in line with Company’s processes
  • Send required paperwork to Clients
  • Assist Operations team with scheduling of manning & resources
  • Assist Operations team with the mobilisation of manning & assets to site. For example, this may include assigning personnel to tasks, booking accommodation and organising transport moves
  • Complete and issue project specific documentation
  • Track projects status
  • Keep track of site operatives’ trainings & qualifications to ensure these remain in date
  • Assist with the compilation of final reports
