The Role: Do you wake up on Monday excited to deliver the highest quality content to your readers? Are you motivated by unlocking your team’s potential? Do you enjoy leading by example, setting the pace, and being accountable for your market results? Join us as our Managing Editor for one of our networks, leading a team of four specialized content experts. You will co-own the content journey for thousands of users across two key markets, and grow your team and portfolio to over 30 members and 10 markets within three years.
Your Impact:
- First three months: Gain team buy-in and motivate them to work with you; Improve workflows, KPIs, and internal tools through suggestions; Enhance the top 50 content pages, which drive over 70% of organic traffic.
- First six months: Create a thriving work environment for your team; Improve content quality and output; Implement site-wide content improvements in your markets.
- First 12 months: Expand your team to accelerate growth and enter new markets; Ensure all pages meet top-quality standards.
