Location: Leeds, Bruntingthorpe or Manchester (x2 a week)

The Role

Help shape the future of technology at Cox Automotive Europe. We’re on the lookout for a Service Transition Analyst to play a key role in how we roll out innovative tech and product services across the business. What you’ll be doing:

  • As part of our Service & Infrastructure team in the Product & Technology Group, you’ll act as the bridge between project delivery and operational support — making sure new services are fully ready to go live and built to last.
  • Be the go-to contact for smooth service handovers from projects into live operations.
  • Work closely with Product, Technology and Project teams to ensure changes are delivered with minimal disruption.
  • Lead service readiness reviews and assess transition quality.
  • Coordinate risk management and readiness plans for go-live success.
  • Document support models, acceptance criteria, and service processes.
  • Help run go/no-go meetings and transition workshops.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and outsourced partners on governance and delivery.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in IT Service Management, Service Readiness, or Transition.
  • Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.
  • Confidence working in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle priorities.
  • A proactive mindset — you’ll spot issues before they become problems.
  • Bonus if you’ve got experience with large vendor landscapes or enjoy making structure from ambiguity.
