We are hiring a part-time (3 days a week) Marketing Associate to join the EMEA Marketing team of one of our key clients on a 1-year fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension or permanency depending on business needs and performance. This is an outsourced role, meaning you will be employed by Outsourced Events but fully embedded within the client’s marketing team, working day-to-day within their systems, processes, and culture.

While your primary focus will be on supporting the client’s strategic initiatives, you’ll also be part of the Outsourced Events team — with regular check-ins, line management support, and involvement in occasional company-wide activities. This dual structure offers the best of both worlds: the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic, fast-paced client team while remaining connected to a supportive and experienced employer.

The role is hybrid, with flexibility to work remotely, but candidates should be within easy commuting distance of London for occasional office working, in-person meetings or collaboration days.

We are looking for a hands-on, highly organized, and delivery-focused Marketing Associate to take ownership of daily operational and tactical marketing tasks focused on strategic initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who is a proactive and creative thinker, thrives in a dynamic environment, and brings energy and accountability to the execution of campaigns, tools, and processes. You will be instrumental in helping bring programs to life and ensuring marketing operations run smoothly across the EMEA region.

Your impact:

  • Execute and coordinate day-to-day marketing activities across programs, events, and campaigns.
  • Own the operational setup, tracking, and reporting of marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines and processes are met.
  • Support campaign delivery and optimization by managing landing pages, email creation, webinars, and more.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, BDRs, and Field Marketing to operationalize pipeline-driving activities.
  • Use Demandbase intent data to help personalize email and ensure campaigns are contextually relevant and targeted.
  • Maintain and update marketing systems and tools, including Salesforce (SFDC), Sprout Social, and campaign tracking sheets.
  • Provide weekly updates and communicate key progress and blockers to the marketing team.

Your profile:

Your Experience:

  • Experience in marketing coordination, operations, or campaign execution, preferably in a B2B tech or cybersecurity setting.
  • Comfortable working independently, managing deadlines, and balancing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Experience using marketing and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo, Sprout Social, Asana, or similar).
  • Familiarity with intent-based marketing platforms such as Demandbase is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable supporting marketing execution under the guidance of the team lead.

We welcome applicants from a range of backgrounds — even if you don’t tick every box. What matters most is your willingness to learn and contribute.

Example Responsibilities:

  • Set up and monitor campaigns in Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
  • Support the execution of Cloud Security Bootcamps, webinars, and outbound programs.
  • Ensure outreach programs use localized, personalized content informed by Demandbase intent data.
  • Coordinate with BDRs and Sales to ensure appointment-setting programs are tracked and optimized.
  • Manage content localization and translations across multiple languages.
  • Prepare reports and summaries to communicate campaign performance and outcomes.
  • Schedule and track social posts using Sprout Social and coordinate with central and local teams.
  • Help maintain clean campaign hierarchies, lead uploads, and tagging in SFDC.

  • Team activities including residential 2-day company meet up, Summer BBQ, Quarterly all-team meet-ups, Organised social activities.
