I have a great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable Main Contractor with a turnover in excess of £50m, on a permanent basis and based from their offices near Donnington, Berkshire. The company has been operating since the 1970s and over the years they have built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the Southern Counties. They work on a range of new build and refurbishment projects across multiple sectors including commercial, education, residential, healthcare, leisure and retail.
Due to an increased workload, they have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team.
Experience:
- Ideally Degree Qualified
- Extensive experience working for a reputable Main Contractor
- Good commercial skills and awareness
- Ideally have new build and refurbishment experience
- Able to work autonomously on projects up to £10m in value
- Full UK Drivers’ license
- Able to commute to Donnington, Berkshire on a daily basis
