Our client is a multi-disciplinary building services design consultancy, covering Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health, Sustainability, and 3D Revit designs across all sectors. Founded in 2010 by professionals trained at some of the largest MEP firms, they have over 100 years of combined experience in delivering high-quality MEP Design and Build schemes in sectors including commercial, industrial, and education.
Based in Leeds, our client is gaining recognition as a leading Building Services Consulting Engineer. They are an independent practice that has enjoyed consistent growth since inception, with a strong order book and a focus on organic expansion. The team currently includes 10 M&E Design professionals, many with previous experience in similar roles, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
The company is now seeking a BIM Specialist to enhance project delivery through improved BIM modelling. Currently, BIM tasks are managed by a small team of Revit-trained Design Engineers, but the increasing project volume necessitates a dedicated full-time BIM Coordinator. This role will focus on developing and standardising BIM models, working closely with the M&E Design Team, and ultimately supporting the growth of a small BIM team, with opportunities to progress to BIM Manager.
Applications are invited from experienced MEP Revit Technicians or Coordinators who are proficient in Revit and experienced in collaborating with M&E Design Engineers. The successful candidate will manage daily workloads, ensure high-quality model production, and handle associated IT administration.
