We are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our vibrant advertising sales team, working exclusively with motors clients across the Midlands region. This is a hybrid role, combining field-based client visits with remote working, anchored from our Worcester office. The role is a salary plus a competitive uncapped commission scheme, and it will be a requirement to work to financial targets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building strong relationships with local motor businesses, understanding their goals, and delivering tailored digital marketing solutions
  • Managing an active portfolio of clients while reigniting relationships with lapsed customers and driving new business opportunities
  • Creating impactful advertising campaigns that deliver real results – from increased visibility to higher engagement and sales
  • Spending most of your time out in the field meeting clients, with flexibility to work from home and occasional office collaboration

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • A confident, consultative sales professional with a proven track record in new business development and account management
  • Ideally with a background in media sales, but not essential
