We’re looking for a talented Group Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and bring our brands to life through impactful visual content. In this role, you’ll design eye-catching, brand-consistent materials that engage audiences across digital and print platforms. Your work will play a key role in enhancing brand recognition, driving customer engagement, and unifying our portfolio of brands with visuals that leave a lasting impression! This role is primarily based in Head Office in Newry, but also involves occasional travel between Banbridge and Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality visuals for print and digital platforms that reflect our brand and resonate with our audiences.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and professional look across all materials.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop impactful assets for advertising, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Create engaging visuals for use across social media, websites, signage, and other customer touchpoints.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all materials meet quality standards and uphold brand consistency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher-level qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Genuine team player with excellent communication skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects across multiple brands while ensuring each brand maintains its own unique identity.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Understand the end-to-end print design and production process.
- Understand the basics of user-friendly design and can support web projects with visually appealing layouts.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, while meeting tight deadlines.
