RemoteVA PH is looking for a top-tier Interior Designer & 3D Render Artist to lead design excellence and visual storytelling for a high-end UK-based property firm. If you have a passion for transforming interiors into unforgettable spaces and an eye for luxurious detail, this is your opportunity to shine.
What You'll Do:
- Lead design concepts for luxury interiors: full-home renovations, HMO conversions, and new builds
- Produce high-end 3D renders and walkthroughs (SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray)
- Create detailed mood boards, finish schedules, and color palettes
- Collaborate directly with the Director and site team to ensure on-budget, buildable designs
- Attend occasional client meetings and site visits (virtually or in person)
- Assist in preparing high-impact presentations that “wow” clients
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven background in interior design with a strong 3D visualization portfolio
- Mastery of SketchUp (Essential), plus V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape
- Passion for luxury finishes, spatial planning, lighting, and architectural flow
- Strong project ownership, time management, and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD (required), Photoshop, and InDesign
- Ability to work independently and deliver under tight timelines
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with London homes, HMOs, or high-end refurbishments
- Familiarity with Revit, Twinmotion, or Canva
- Architectural/technical drawing ability
- UK construction or materials knowledge
