The Post: Brent Council's Procurement Team is entering an exciting new chapter – putting data, contract management, and social value at the centre of how we deliver for our communities. We're looking for a Contract and Social Value Performance Executive to help ensure our suppliers deliver on their promises – from performance outcomes to the added social value that makes a real difference to Brent's residents.

The role will involve:

  • supporting stakeholders to implement the Council's Contract Management Framework
  • tracking supplier performance and agreed social value commitments
  • producing reports and dashboards that help improve outcomes
  • auditing social value delivery and helping showcase its impact
  • providing guidance and feedback to colleagues and suppliers
  • helping shape smarter ways of working using data and insight

The Person: You will play a vital role in ensuring our £450m+ annual spend is tracked, measured, and held to account. From managing our Contract Management Framework to capturing and reporting on social value delivery, this role is perfect for someone who's organised, data-savvy, and purpose-driven.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Confidence in working with complex data sets and drawing out insights
  • A good communicator with stakeholder management experience – comfortable with challenge and collaboration
  • Understanding of contract and supplier relationship management
  • A passion for social value and improving outcomes
  • Familiarity with Power BI or a strong willingness to learn and apply it
