A day in the life of a Caregiver Recruiting Coordinator: In this role, you will support Tribute's mission of building a high-performance, low-turnover community of the best Caregivers in home care by supporting recruiting efforts to hire remarkable Caregivers across the company. This will be done by:
- Embodying Tribute's mission, understanding the experience of our Caregivers and embracing Tribute's difference
- Reviewing applications and conducting phone screens to evaluate Caregivers' qualifications and experience
- Guiding applicants through Tribute's hiring process, offering assistance and instructions to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Assisting with the new hire onboarding process
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and Tribute's policies
This position is primarily remote, with occasional in-person team meetings or events held at our Framingham, MA office.
