Do you want to be part of a forward-thinking organisation that is at the cutting edge of tackling homelessness and housing need? If so, we want to hear from you!
The Housing Options Service delivers a wide variety of services to some of the most vulnerable residents of Blackpool. You will support households within the Blackpool area to sustain their tenancies. Your role will be to maximise their independence and minimise the risk of tenancy breakdown.
By working alongside other support agencies, you will provide a holistic wrap-around support service to individuals and families to ensure that all support needs are met. This will enable individuals to manage their own tenancies and be less likely to become homeless or at risk of homelessness.
We are therefore looking for someone with experience in delivering front-line services to homeless and/or vulnerable households, including those with chaotic lifestyles and complex issues. You should also have excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills, and experience working within a multi-agency setting. Ideally, you will have a flexible, resilient, and practical approach and be able to develop creative solutions to complex problems.
For an informal discussion, contact Lauran Cook on 01253 477307.
