We seek a skilled and motivated Quality Engineer responsible for driving continuous improvement to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop, and implement quality control measures, and monitor performance. A strong background in quality management, process improvement, and data analysis is essential.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and analyzing process improvement opportunities.
• Developing and implementing quality control measures, SOPs, work instructions, and checklists.
• Conducting root cause analysis and implementing CAPAs.
• Collaborating on process improvement projects.
• Using statistical analysis to identify trends and implement solutions.
• Monitoring and reporting KPIs.
• Leading continuous improvement workshops and training.
• Supporting production teams to ensure quality standards.
• Staying updated with industry best practices.

Fuel your passion

To succeed, you should have:

• A bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject, Quality Management, or related field.
• Experience in quality management and process improvement, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of quality control methodologies like SPC, root cause analysis, and CAPA.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Minitab.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of standards like ISO 9001 and API Q1.
• Lean Bronze, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (preferred).
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies like TPS, Lean, or Six Sigma.
