About The Role

• Production Team Leader
• £40,144.10
• 24/7 shift pattern – A 4 on 4 off continuous shift pattern, including 12 hours shifts, days and nights. Average of 42 hours per week.
• Permanent

As a Production Team Leader, you will be part of a supportive team, working with colleagues who will help you settle in, find your way around, and show you the ropes.

Your main tasks and duties will be:

• Lead a team to ensure effective running of the Production lines.
• Motivate and manage people activities to meet targets.
• Complete quality checks and record results, reporting any non-conformances.
• Work with your team to ensure the site is audit-ready at all times.
• Contribute to meeting team and company-wide production targets, which make a real difference to our business and our customers.

About You

For the role of Production Team Leader, we are looking for:

• Attention to detail in daily tasks
• Openness to learning new skills, including basic engineering and quality tasks
• Positive, energetic attitude and teamwork enjoyment
• Confidence to suggest new ideas
• Comfort working to targets
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing is preferred but not essential
