Medical Affairs Coordinator

The Medical Affairs Coordinator will primarily support the activities of the Medical Affairs organisation and second to this support other teams, namely Quality, Regulatory, and Pharmacovigilance. In addition to this project-based work the successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Medical Director. You will have the opportunity develop knowledge of the ABPI Code and gain experience in the review of materials.

The hiring manager is ideally seeking a candidate coming from a similar role or alternatively a Patient Centricity or CTA background.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Medical Affairs organisation
  • Coordinate projects and activities with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Involvement in initiation and running of patient centricity activities
  • Support to Clinical Trials activities
  • Review materials
  • Operate in a compliant manner in line with ABPI Code of Practice
  • Administrative support to the Medical Director

Candidate Requirements:

  • Life sciences degree
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is essential
  • Experience in Medical Affairs, Patient Centricity or CTA roles
  • Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent written and spoken communication
  • Project management and clear communication skills
