  • Collaborating with a cross-functional team including Brand Designers, Content Strategists, SEO specialists, Engineers, and Program Managers
  • Leading the full design process - from research and wireframes to prototyping, testing, and final visual design
  • Applying UX best practices to ensure your designs are accessible, responsive, and localisable
  • Partnering with Engineering to ensure design intent is maintained throughout development and QA
  • Supporting stakeholder presentations and communicating your thinking with clarity
  • Translating brand identity into elegant, effective digital systems
  • Contributing to scalable, modular design systems in Figma

You’re Probably a Match If:

  • You think critically and use data, testing, and user research to guide and evolve your designs
  • You’re excited by brand-led work and have a sharp eye for visual design
  • You’ve designed at scale, including for CMS, localisation, and accessibility
  • You’re confident handing off to Engineering and can document your design decisions clearly
  • Bonus: you have experience with motion, prototyping, or interaction design to enhance user journeys
