We are currently recruiting a bricklaying supervisor for a residential project in Margate. Our client is seeking an experienced and reliable Bricklaying Supervisor to oversee day-to-day bricklaying operations on-site. This is a long-term opportunity, running for the full duration of the project.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and coordinating bricklaying teams on site
  • Ensuring quality control and adherence to health and safety standards
  • Managing labour and materials efficiently
  • Working closely with site managers and other trades
  • Reading and interpreting drawings and plans
  • Reporting daily progress and resolving any site issues as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bricklaying Supervisor or Foreman
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of bricklaying techniques and site safety regulations
  • Valid CSCS card (Gold or above preferred)
  • SSSTS or SMSTS certification (preferred)
  • Ability to commit to the full duration of the project
