We are currently recruiting a bricklaying supervisor for a residential project in Margate. Our client is seeking an experienced and reliable Bricklaying Supervisor to oversee day-to-day bricklaying operations on-site. This is a long-term opportunity, running for the full duration of the project.
Role Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating bricklaying teams on site
- Ensuring quality control and adherence to health and safety standards
- Managing labour and materials efficiently
- Working closely with site managers and other trades
- Reading and interpreting drawings and plans
- Reporting daily progress and resolving any site issues as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bricklaying Supervisor or Foreman
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of bricklaying techniques and site safety regulations
- Valid CSCS card (Gold or above preferred)
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification (preferred)
- Ability to commit to the full duration of the project
