About the role
We are working with contract manufacturing suppliers to deliver products outside of our new factory, 'the blender'. Your mission will be to find the best suppliers aligned with our vision of delivering innovative, delicious fruit and veg products to more people by 2030. Based at our factory or London head office, you'll design category strategies, negotiate contracts, and build strong supplier relationships, focusing on international partners to ensure product excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Develop category strategies for supplier selection.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders across marketing, R&D, and project management.
- Work with local and global suppliers, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Solid experience in contract manufacturing buying and sourcing.
- Experience in supply chain and NPD procurement from concept to delivery.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; ability to communicate effectively with international suppliers.
