Are you a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), Cover Supervisor, or Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain valuable experience in local primary schools across Sheffield? The Role:
- Provide high-quality classroom cover & learning support across EYFS, KS1 & KS2
- Deliver pre-planned lessons & maintain a positive learning environment
- Assist with classroom management & pupil engagement
- Support pupils in small groups or 1:1 where required
- Work flexibly across a range of local primary settings
Candidate Requirements:
- Hold a HLTA qualification (Level 4/5) or be degree-educated (suitable for ECTs not yet fully qualified)
- Previous school-based experience
- A passion for education & a supportive, flexible approach
- Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS (through Academics if required)
