We are currently seeking experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) for a range of schools in the Peterborough area, starting this September. Whether you're looking for a long-term role, part-time hours, or flexible daily supply work, we have opportunities to suit your availability.
About the Role:
As a HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning. Responsibilities may include leading small group interventions, covering planned lessons in the teacher's absence, and providing tailored support to individual pupils. Positions are available across both primary and secondary settings.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- HLTA status or equivalent experience in a classroom setting
- The ability to confidently lead and support learning across a range of subjects and year groups
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- A flexible, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to supporting students and staff
- An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
