Job Summary and Main Duties.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from receiving vacancies to arranging line trials and new starter inductions.
- Complete daily candidate searches to ensure you are fully engaged with the best production operators and FLT drivers on the market.
- Complete a range of telephone screening and interviewing processes to short-list the best candidates for your client.
- Work closely with the internal compliance team to ensure all candidates are taken through our robust compliance process.
- Record all candidate data accurately within the CRM system.
- Confirm all candidates for on-site line trials and provide timely feedback to the client and to the candidate.
- Meet new starters to ensure a smooth hand-over to the client.
- Help support any worker queries, requests and information.
- Monitor and manage worker absences.
- Complete return to work interviews and exit interviews.
- Provide effective and accurate communication with any production supervisors and team leaders, where required.
- Provide a high level of customer service at all times.
Experience Required.
- Experience of working in a customer facing role.
- You will be a very strong team player and have very strong communication skills.
- A very strong desire to work in the recruitment industry is essential.
- The environment is very fast-moving and client-focused.
