C&P Recruitment are delighted to be working with a highly regarded client of ours who have award winning new home build developments all across Scotland. Our highly regarded client is looking for an Assistant site manager to work in Midlothian as soon as possible. You will start on a temporary basis and then transition onto the books after 12 weeks.

You will need to have a background knowledge and experience in working on new build projects. The duties for this job will consist of:

  • Supporting the site manager in the day to day running of the site
  • Supervising the trades and labour on site
  • Ensuring health and safety is met at all times
  • Dealing with customers and clients in a well manner who will visit the site

To be accepted for this role you must have:

  • SMSTS or SSSTS
  • First aid
  • CSCS card
  • Full PPE
