We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join my clients’ growing B2B team in Letchworth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic sales environment and enjoys being a key point of contact for clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring their continued satisfaction. You will play a vital role in the sales cycle, from initial inquiry through to order fulfilment.

What you’ll be doing:
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients.
- Understanding client requirements and proactively identifying opportunities for growth.
- Generating accurate and timely quotes for products and services.
- Processing customer orders efficiently and ensuring smooth delivery.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing exceptional service and support.
- Collaborating internally with other departments to ensure client needs are met.

- Proven experience in an account management or similar sales-focused role.
- Demonstrable experience in generating quotes and processing orders.
- A track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
