As a Lead Qualifier in our Business Sales team, you will be responsible for qualifying sales leads, ensuring the right opportunities progress through our sales pipeline. Key responsibilities:
- Generating interest with new business prospects as well as existing customers.
- Telephone-based outreach to small to medium businesses to review their mobile, fixed line, and call charges requirements and arrange meetings for the field sales team.
- Analyzing customer needs and pre-selling solutions.
- Generating meetings to discuss mobile, fixed line, IT, and telephone systems.
- Making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, sending emails, managing diaries, and pipeline management.
- Achieving KPI and target goals related to volume and profit.
- Cleansing and maintaining data accuracy in the company's database.
- Working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Following scripted sales pitches and proven sales processes to comply with Ofcom standards.
