Fast paced and a great place to work, with a high performance culture, the role of Talent Development Manager will be a critical enabler to deliver the next three years business strategy globally, ensuring capability is grown and developed, which aligns to the business strategy, supported by a robust talent management plan which retains and develops their people.

This is a key role for an individual to bring a forward thinking, strategic and operational approach to Learning and Talent strategies, which strengthens a culture of continuous learning, talent pipeline and learning offering. This is an outstanding opportunity to develop commercially focused talent management and development strategies, proactively developing organisational capability and succession planning in line with the business and HR strategy.

The successful incumbent will work at all levels and have the opportunity to make a real difference to the future success of this fast paced business, ensuring the realisation of the organisation’s values and vision to be an employer of choice.

This is a role that needs a hands-on person able to manage lots of variety in a fast paced environment. You will collaborate with colleagues to understand succession planning, talent gaps and develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy to retain and develop their talent, whilst utilizing the talent data and analytics to identify trends and insights to measure the impact of talent initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations for enhancements.

To be considered for this highly visible and critical role, you will be an experienced Talent Development professional, ideally with global Talent Development & OD experience, coupled with a proven track record of enhancing the strategic direction of a well-regarded Talent Development function during a period of change. This is a role that offers an ambitious individual the opportunity to help create a legacy, supporting the business to attain its strategic goals reinforced by a real appetite to develop careers and enhance leadership and coaching.
