We’re hiring a Facilities Coordinator for a 12-month fixed term role – to cover maternity leave. Working as part of the HR Team, you’ll be responsible for the administration support of L&D and Talent activities – from scheduling learning and talent events and updating training records. You will also ensure that site facilities are fit for purpose and maintenance is completed in line with legal/mandatory requirements.

What does this role involve day to day?

  • Ensuring Global Learning Facilities are fit for purpose and maintenance is completed to legal standards
  • Coordinating internal and external training and learning events, including room logistics and materials
  • Managing course communications with learners and suppliers
  • Administering onboarding and induction processes
  • Responding to L&D and Talent queries and managing requests in line with SLAs
  • Ensuring smooth operation of L&D processes and accurate administration of records
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers
  • Producing reports and managing L&D budgets
  • Raising purchase orders and receipting goods according to finance procedures
  • Providing support to the wider Global Talent Team when needed
