Job purpose:
Create, optimise, and manage the development of paid media accounts (Paid Search, Shopping and Paid Social) delivering against performance, return on investment, and revenue targets.
Role & responsibility:
- Support the setup of paid media campaigns, primarily across Google and Meta.
- Conduct keyword and audience research to inform campaign targeting.
- Draft and upload ad copy and assets.
- Carry out day-to-day checks, including budget pacing and campaign performance.
- Assist with A/B testing of ad formats, copy, audiences and landing pages.
- Compile performance data and help prepare monthly and quarterly client reports.
- Maintain client-facing trackers including roadmaps, WIPs, and test logs.
- Work closely with Paid Media Managers and Analysts to implement optimisation recommendations.
- Collaborate with the wider team to stay aligned with campaign strategy.
- Join client meetings as needed to provide performance updates.
