We are focused on creating a state-of-the-art, real-time, soft-body physics engine and making it widely available for entertainment and simulation purposes. Our most widely known product is our game BeamNG.drive, which is now available on Steam in Early Access.
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and client-oriented Business Associate to join our team. This role will support our day-to-day operations, assist with customer-facing coordination, and contribute to the overall efficiency and professionalism of our company. This is a hybrid role that requires a strong sense of ownership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to move seamlessly between internal tasks and external engagement.
Responsibilities- Administrative & Operational Support
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Organize and maintain records of business activities, including files, reports, customer and supplier data.
- Assist with onboarding and management of external relationships, vendors, and contracts.
- Handle legal-related documentation and coordination (e.g. contracts, trademarks, licensing).
- Customer & Client Engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and conduct initial discovery calls to understand their needs and provide basic product or service overviews.
- Maintain and update the CRM with client records, meeting notes, and communications.
- Coordinate client communications and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, quotes, invoices, and license management.
- Support preparation and delivery of client-ready documents, proposals, and supporting materials.
- Track early-stage sales activity and ensure timely handoffs within the team.
- Track license expiration dates and proactively initiate renewal conversations.
- Prepare clear, client-ready summaries and documents for internal and external use.
- Process & Project Management
- Identify operational gaps, propose and implement improvements to workflows, documentation, or internal processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline coordination between business and product teams.
- Degree in business administration, operations management, communications, engineering or a related field.
- Prior experience in operations, customer-facing roles and/or project coordination preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task, take initiative at every step and follow through independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage client-facing conversations with professionalism and clarity.
- 1-2 years of experience using CRM or workflow management tools.
- Knowledge of project management principles, business processes, and customer experience best practices is a plus.
